?Hey Johnny, the player is the team and vice versa, que no? I’d trust Stoops with my 18, 19, 20, 21 year old like I would Miller. What I love about these two, and thank goodness for AD Livengood, is their competitiveness. They wouldn’t ask their coaches or players to do anything they wouldn’t be willing or able to do. As it should be, me thinks.

Wow. Stoops is upset because of the potential loss to the team. if the same thing happened to a star player on the Wildcat basketball team, I suspect coach Miller’s first reaction would have been how unfortunate it is for the player…
