With a football conference as rich in tradition as the PAC-10 and now PAC-12, which is trying to build on that tradition, one presumes, it's a little interesting that this is the bowl lineup for the conference. I mean, there's nothing wrong with the cities of San Antonio, San Diego, El Paso, San Francisco, Las Vegas or Albuquerqe -- there certainly are worse places to find yourself in around the holidays -- but my bet is that these are some of the more historically least watched games, on TV or in person. How exactly does this become the bowl matchup sequencing, Anthony?

On the flipside, Nevada is a formidable, well-coached opponent, which would make for a very competitive, fun to play in and watch game, especially with the Carey-Jefferson angle. These two teams recruit many of the same California, Nevada and Arizona players, too. So it would be something to see. I've always wanted to see up close and personally what the big fuss is about regarding Boise St.. And their coach was almost our coach, too, right?

It's nice to think that we could be in a Bowl game somewhere. And I bleed Red and Blue but Matt Scott is probably hurt from the concussions and KaDeem certainly is hurt. All this for a bowl game in New Mexico??
