So not Kerr, not Rooks...Just who will it be to sign with the U of A in the Son of a Wildcat Sweepstakes? Any more left out there, Anthony, anyone? Did Javier or someone associated with this board mention that Eddie Smith and/or Joe Turner -- Jud Buecheler? -- have a son of high school age who balls?

And, who might be the next state of Arizona recruit to be a Wildcat? It's interesting to note that the U of A's legacy was largely built with two particular 4 and 5 star talents that happened to be Arizona born and bred: Sean Elliott and Mike Bibby. There always seemed to be more than enough room at the inn, though, for the 2 and 3 star "project" with promise, but not any more (Gumby where have you gone?). Not if you want to keep up with the Dukes and Michigans and Louisvilles and Kentuckys, I guess.

But in all honesty, Anthony, what odds do you put on the Cats signing, sealing and delivering Gordon? Do Coach Miller & Co. employ the Coach O & Co. method of "trying out" a player characterwise with the team and its associates, allowing them to spend quality time together and, consequently, giving the team veto power if the fit ain't there, in terms of chemistry? I'm sure Aaron's got what it takes to be that guy, but does he have the patience of Chol, Ashley, Jarrett, Tarczewski? Sorry, but I just don't know enough about the young man.

He'll do fine at Cal and Arizona will make light work of him. Saw him play in a San Diego tournament the other day and all I have to say is Cal can have him. He's extremely lazy and appears to have a less than solid work ethic.
