now, who would tell you about the dangers of barrel cactus, radmax? someone, perhaps, who attended a desert plant lecture and learned a lot during a past BOW outing? someone whose first name begins with ‘R,’ ends with ‘N’ and has one other letter in between? (haha).
good post, J.D. i agree – very informative and vital (at least for those who like to stay alive…).

I’m not likely to go wandering about in the desert, but I’ll not to make a snack of cactus if I do.

Had a woman tell me about this…guess she was right!(don’t tell her that though) So much for living in the desert for 40 some years and thinking you have it all figured out. Very informative.
