The “Environmental Law Institute” book authors group also looked familiar to me here, so I threw the name into my mega-notes pile and immediately came up with a specific page reference to another of their publications, “Creative Common Law Strategies for Protecting the Environment”, which nicely shows a citation in its footnotes on page 120 by chapter author attorney Matt Pawa.

Funny how any publication that says anything against skeptic scientists always seems to ultimately source the ‘corrupt’ skeptic scientists idea to just one single bit of unseen evidence…..
