I dont own a cell phone so I am not distracted that way when I drive but just watching for the potholes and cracks and bad areas of road take up a lot of my time while driving. Always a big distraction while driving. My car tires are taking a beating.
So why did the City let it go so long. They will blame bad road repair administrators like they did at the annexation meeting tonight at the Udall Center. All while they waste our money on a variety of stupid Progressive projects. (Trolley/Rio Nuevo/dumb social services.

Fraser007, you’ll laugh at this — my right foot fell into a street pothole yesterday in front of one of Tucson’s libraries, & almost got twisted. So not only am I dodging potholes while I drive, I have to beware when I cross streets as well.

I believe that as I reported a bubbling water pot hole in the center of our street this weekend (turned out to be a leaking & rusty water pipe 2 feet below the street). The Tucson Water employee thanked me for calling, and said they were afraid of sink holes forming.

As far as I know the only sink holes in Tucson are the result of breaking water mains.
