Bill Clinton to headline rally for Rich Carmona in Tempe Oct.10

by on Oct. 06, 2012, under Pol. & Govt.

Former President Bill Clinton will be the keynote speaker at a Get Out the Early Vote rally next Wednesday, Oct. 10,  at the ASU Sun Devil Performance lawn in Tempe. Gates open at 8:00PM and the program starts at 9:00PM. The event is free and open to the public, all you need to do is register online in advance at www.CarmonaForArizona.com/early-vote.

A Public Policy Polling (PPP) poll released just last Wednesday has Carmona leading Jeff Flake by 2 points, 45-43%, and it is Arizona’s Independent voters who are deciding this election – Independents prefer Carmona by 52-37% over career politician Jeff Flake. Rich Carmona’s independence also appeals to Arizona Republicans, with 14% preferring Carmona over Flake, while Flake wins only 7% of Democrats. And who better to explain to all Arizonans why Rich Carmona is clearly the best choice for our next U.S. Senator then Explainer-in-Chief Bill Clinton?

Carmona for Arizona!

Oh, that’s who you really want to have backing you – is he still using that cigar as a pointer? We can see how his appearance at the convention empowered the President – who now hangs over the podium like a drooling zombie…is that trickle-down power (something like that)?

Still fixated on the cigar thing after 15 years? There are programs that can help with things like that . . . .

Hey Larry, you know that if things were so swell under your guy — Bush — the GOP could’ve certainly trotted him out at their convention. And of course if you believe America is so thrilled at the prospects of replaying 2000-2008 starting again in 2012, why then Bush could surely be out there stumping for Flake and Romney. And so why do you think that these things just aren’t happening?

My bet is that Arizona and America know why. This election, you see, is not about Clinton, Carmona, Flake or Bush. It’s not even about Obama, Biden, Romney or Ryan. It’s about the middle class. And when it comes to living by, espousing and supporting middle class values, it’s Obama-Biden-Carmona. It’s not even close. As for the cigar, well, we’ll just have to wait and see who’s lighting it up come the night of November 6, won’t we?
