President unchecked setting bad precedent
If we the people of the United States of America do not hold George W. Bush accountable for his contempt for the Constitution, we are saying to the next president, future presidents and their administrations and the world at large that we don’t care if our president abuses his power.
Is there anyone out there who is willing to start impeachment proceedings?

Are Tempe bike cops above traffic laws?
Probably the least qualified people to lecture Arizona State University students on obeying bike traffic laws are the Tempe police.
The bike cops who patrol Mill Avenue at night on the weekends break every law on the books.
I doubt if they ride their bikes on the correct side of the road more than 50 percent of the time. I have never seen them make turn signals, as required by law.
They also run stop signs and stoplights. Bikes are required to come to a full stop at stop signs, just as cars must.
And they frequently ride their bikes on the sidewalks, when signs clearly posted say bike riding on the sidewalk is illegal.
