ROB GRONKOWSKI,
TIGHT END
Q: So far, what’s the best thing about being a college football player?
A: The level of play. It’s a big difference.
Q: If you signed a pro contract after college football, what would be your first purchase?
A: I’d get something for my parents and then the bros. I’ve got four brothers — Gordie, Dan, Chris and Glen. (Chris is on the UA baseball team).
Q: What’s the one dish you’re going to miss most from home?
A: Chicken souffle from my Mom. She makes the best one.
Q: Who would play you in a movie?
A: Ivan Drago (Dolph Lundgren).
Q: What’s the worst thing that someone has said or done to you on the football field?
A: (I’ve been told,) I suck, I’m overrated and I can’t catch.
Q: What’s your favorite movie?
A: All the Adam Sandler movies.
Q: What’s your favorite place to eat?
A: Anything like an Applebee’s or a Friday’s; it doesn’t matter. I just get a steak every time.
Q: What has been your welcome to college football moment?
A: Trying to block (defensive end) Louis Holmes my first practice.
Q: How did you do?
A: Terrible.
