2323 Campbell, a limited liability company from San Clemente, Calif., purchased a 3,567-square-foot office building at 2323 N. Campbell Ave. for $865,000 from the Rothstein Family Trust, a private investor from Beverly Hills, Calif. Mikel McClain of Marcus & Millichap’s Tucson office represented both parties.

Burdick Residential Appraisal Inc. leased from Larsen Baker 900 square feet at the River Center, 5605 E. River Road, Suite 101C, for general office use. The business is expected to open in May. Andy Seleznov of Larsen Baker represented the landlord.

Treehouse Vitamins leased 1,400 square feet at Tucson Place Shopping Center, 485 E. Wetmore Road, Suite H-107, from Larsen Baker. The store specializes in the sale of vitamins and related products and services. Andy Seleznov of Larsen Baker represented the landlord.

Citizen Online Archive, 2006-2009

This archive contains all the stories that appeared on the Tucson Citizen's website from mid-2006 to June 1, 2009.

In 2010, a power surge fried a server that contained all of videos linked to dozens of stories in this archive. Also, a server that contained all of the databases for dozens of stories was accidentally erased, so all of those links are broken as well. However, all of the text and photos that accompanied some stories have been preserved.
