Local real estate transactions

J.H. & Associates LLC sold an approximately 15,000-square-foot, industrial, single-tenant, net-investment property at 3830 N. Highway Drive to Robert L. Richards. Ron Zimmerman and David Blanchette of Bourn Partners represented the seller. Clayton Niles of CNN Realty Services represented the buyer.

Riverside, Calif.-based Rite-A-Way Services leased 1,175 square feet at Exchange Place Business Park, 1870 W. Prince Road, Suite 50, from Presson Corp. for its new location. The firm provides plumbing and air conditioning services to homes and businesses. Rob Glaser and Paul Hooker of PICOR handled the transaction.

Cactus Auto Transport leased 1,100 square feet in Ruthrauff Commerce Center, 2460 W. Ruthrauff Road, from Presson Scottsdale LLC. Rob Glaser of PICOR handled the transaction.

GES Construction leased 1,650 square feet at Exchange Place Business Park, 1870 W. Prince Road, Suite 35, from Presson Corp. Rob Glaser and Paul Hooker of PICOR handled the transaction.

Power Plus Electric Inc. doubled its business space at Broadbent Interstate Center from 3,840 to 7,680 square feet, adding an additional suite at the 2015 N. Forbes Blvd. location. Rob Glaser of PICOR handled the transaction.

Highway Technologies leased 3,350 square feet at 755 W. Grant Road from Dragoon Properties for its new location for the storage of barricades and related office administration. Peter Douglas of PICOR represented the tenant. Rob Glaser and Pat Welchert, also of PICOR, represented the landlord.

Performance Bikes renewed its lease for approximately 9,000 square feet at the Rancho Center, 3302 E. Speedway Blvd. Debbie Heslop of Volk Co. handled the transaction.

Randy Limited Inc., dba Gift Basket Creations, renewed its lease for about 700 square feet at Rancho Center, 3400 E. Speedway, Suite 116. Debbie Heslop of Volk Co. handled the transaction.

This archive contains all the stories that appeared on the Tucson Citizen's website from mid-2006 to June 1, 2009.

In 2010, a power surge fried a server that contained all of videos linked to dozens of stories in this archive. Also, a server that contained all of the databases for dozens of stories was accidentally erased, so all of those links are broken as well. However, all of the text and photos that accompanied some stories have been preserved.
