Rollover injures 5 near Mission & Drexel

A rollover injured at least five people, some of them children, on the South Side on Tuesday morning, police said.

At least one injury was considered life-threatening, police said.

The crash occurred about 7:50 a.m. in the 4500 block of South Mission Road, near West Drexel Road, Officer Chuck Rydzak said.

Area traffic was blocked off due to police and paramedic activity.
