Denise Pape has joined GLHN Architects & Engineers as Electrical Engineering Department manager. Pape came from Denver, where she was an associate at ME Engineers specializing in large commercial projects and sports complexes. She served as the electrical engineer for the new Yankee Stadium in New York City. Pape, who is LEED certified, also brings extensive experience in team management and electrical systems design for medical centers, educational facilities, high-rise corporate centers, residential assisted living communities and large-scale building renovations and expansions.

Dr. Ana Maria Lopez, associate dean for outreach and multicultural affairs at the University of Arizona College of Medicine has been elected governor of the Arizona chapter of the American College of Physicians, the national organization of internists. Lopez also is associate professor of clinical medicine and pathology and medical director for the Arizona Telemedicine Program at the UA College of Medicine. She is an expert in breast cancer and women’s health.

This archive contains all the stories that appeared on the Tucson Citizen's website from mid-2006 to June 1, 2009.

In 2010, a power surge fried a server that contained all of videos linked to dozens of stories in this archive. Also, a server that contained all of the databases for dozens of stories was accidentally erased, so all of those links are broken as well. However, all of the text and photos that accompanied some stories have been preserved.
