1st Choice Logistics Inc. leased a 7,241-square-foot industrial property at 2700 E. Executive Drive, Suite 130, from 2700 Executive Properties LLC. Gary Emerson and Ron Zimmerman of Bourn Partners represented both parties.

Dave Knittel Upholstery leased 2,520 square feet of industrial property at 1660 S. Research Loop, Suite 126, from Foothills Business Ventures. Gary Emerson, Ron Zimmerman and David Blanchette of Bourn Partners represented the landlord and the tenant.

RCCG Glory Tabernacle Inc. leased a 2,000-square-foot industrial space at 8051 E. Lakeside Parkway, Suite 103 and 104, from Tesoro Enterprises LLC. Ron Zimmerman and Gary Emerson represented both the client and the tenant.

SQP Construction LLC leased 14,852 square feet of industrial property at 4725, 4733, 4742, & 4750 S. Irving Ave. from SelectBuild Construction Inc. Ron Zimmerman and Gary Emerson of Bourn Partners represented both the landlord and the tenant.

Clout Inc. leased 298 square feet at 1661 N. Swan Road, Suite 200-5, from DHS Property Investments for its new office. Rajan Lal of PICOR handled the transaction.

Jason Beltran dba Beltran Automotive leased about 2,000 square feet at 1419 S. Sixth Avenue from Jesus Sahagun. Gerry Reisig of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented both parties.

This archive contains all the stories that appeared on the Tucson Citizen's website from mid-2006 to June 1, 2009.

In 2010, a power surge fried a server that contained all of videos linked to dozens of stories in this archive. Also, a server that contained all of the databases for dozens of stories was accidentally erased, so all of those links are broken as well. However, all of the text and photos that accompanied some stories have been preserved.
