Local real estate transactions

Mountain Rose Academy leased an additional 1,505 square feet at Marana Mercado Shopping Center, 3684 W. Orange Grove Road, Suite 168, for administration offices. Andy Seleznov of Larsen Baker represented the landlord.

W.A.G. Wiring Systems LLC leased 3,580 square feet at 2045 N. Forbes Blvd., Suite 105, from Forbes Tucson LLC. The firm provides wiring assemblies for electronics and appliance industries. Rob Glaser of PICOR handled the transaction.

Northwest Pump purchased a 3,155-square-foot industrial condominium at the Southgate Business Park, 1901 E. Ajo Way, Suite 124, for its new location. Paul Hooker of PICOR represented the buyer. Russ Hall, also with PICOR, represented the seller, South Gate Business Park LLC.

Stewart Title & Trust of Tucson leased a 2,500-square-foot office in River Plaza, 1050 E. River Road, Suite 200, from Ashland Group. Duff C. Hearon of Ashland Group represented both parties.

Citizen Online Archive, 2006-2009

This archive contains all the stories that appeared on the Tucson Citizen's website from mid-2006 to June 1, 2009.

In 2010, a power surge fried a server that contained all of videos linked to dozens of stories in this archive. Also, a server that contained all of the databases for dozens of stories was accidentally erased, so all of those links are broken as well. However, all of the text and photos that accompanied some stories have been preserved.
