Sandra Barton has joined Alliance Bank of Arizona as vice president and senior real estate loan officer at the bank’s Tucson Swan office. Barton will focus on commercial and residential construction loans, acquisition and development loans, along with term loans, to real estate investors and developers in the greater Tucson market. She joins Alliance with more than 20 years of banking and commercial real estate lending experience, most recently with Bank of America.
Patio Pools & Spas, celebrating its 40th anniversary in southern Arizona, received several awards at the International Design Competition sponsored by the Master Pools Guild Association. The company took home three golds, four silvers and a bronze medal in new and remodeling residential categories, and in the semipublic category. Patio Pools & Spas has earned more than 150 awards.
