Novelist Cramer sets talk, to sign new book

Anthropologist and author Rebecca Cramer will discuss her newest novel, “High Stakes at San Xavier,” at the University of Arizona at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Cramer’s latest novel is a “complicated trail involving Native American shamans, retired American mafia members and congressmen with questionable motives.

The novel is the third in the Linda Bluenight Series.

Cramer will do a book signing after the discussion at the UA BookStore, 1209 E. University Blvd.

Cramer is a visiting scholar in UA’s department of anthropology and an adjunct professor at Pima Community College.
