Bench lauded, but juniors must step up
• If Garland Judkins and Brendon Lavender can come and play defense the way they did against Houston, then we have a good chance of winning. Coach said Kyle Fogg was making all the pressure plays. Where are the junior leaders on this team that should be looking to and wanting to make those plays in crunch time? Time to step up, boys. No time for a bad game anymore. GABE321
• Finally, the bench. Wonder where these kids would be if they would have gotten playing time in the early conference games? Brendon would have his confidence. Just think where Garland would be at this point. BLAKE2
• If only they can find somebody on that bench who is over 6 feet that can play point guard who has a better assist-to-turnover ratio against good teams. SECOND LEFTHAND
• In order for the press to work, you have to have five super-quick guys all on the same page. With Zane Johnson and/or Alex Jacobson’s lack of defense and quickness, the press should be scratched unless it is the final moments of the game. I am curious if Russ Pennell will figure this out before the season ends. Fendi needs more minutes! ARIZONABRUCE
