Cassandra B. Meynard has become an associate attorney in the litigation section of the law firm Mesch, Clark & Rothschild. Meynard graduated from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2008. She has held clerkships for the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Asylum Project of Southern Arizona, a nonprofit legal aid organization for refugees.

Chad M. Winn, financial adviser with Wachovia Securities, has completed training for the title of chartered retirement planning counselor. The training addresses subjects such as retirement income sources, employer-sponsored retirement plans, long-term care and a knowledge of Medicare and Social Security procedures.
