Approved Home Loans Inc. leased approximately 1,827 square feet of office space at 6400 E. Grant Road, Suite 150, from La Mirada LLC. Michael Gross of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the landlord.

M.K. Enterprises leased 3,840 square feet at Broadbent Interstate Center, 2045 N. Forbes Blvd., Suite 102, from Forbes Tucson LLC. Rob Glaser of PICOR handled the transaction.

American National Insurance leased 1,560 square feet at Butterfield Business Center, 4575 S. Palo Verde Road, Suites 305/307, from Presson Equity Partners LLP. Rob Glaser of PICOR handled the transaction.

Act Fast Delivery leased 1,376 square feet at 3865 E. 34th Street, Suite 106, from A & P Investments for its new location. Rob Glaser of PICOR handled the transaction.

MEI Mail Services leased 4,828 square feet at 5990 S. Country Club Road, Suite 105, for its new location. Rob Glaser of PICOR represented the landlord, EastGroup Properties LP. Clint Buckelew of Roy Drachman Realty, represented the tenant.

Starker Services Inc. purchased Su Casa Mobile Home Park, a 23-space manufactured home community at 238 W. Delano St., for $575,000 from Su Casa Properties LLC. Hamid Panahi of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. Pete Peterson of Realty Executives of Southern Arizona represented the buyer.
