Re: UA basketball’s 1-1-3 zone defense

• Love this defense. I run it with my JV basketball team and it can really swallow up an opponent who isn’t practicing playing against it on a routine basis.

• I must say I love this D too! I ran it in high school. I won state with it. It’s even more deadly when the guys fly around in it like they did with both Washington schools in that second half.
