Fairfax, Va.-based Kais E Systems leased 1,054 square feet of office space at the Aeroplex Office Building, a new, class A property at 1840 E. Valencia Road. Kais E Systems offers executive and work force training. It will open its new Tucson facility in April. The space will be available for training sessions and group facilitation, offering conference space, classrooms and multi-media. Brandon Rodgers and Tim Healy of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Tucson Aeroplex LLC. Gary Berwick of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the tenant.

Two new tenants have leased space at Midvale Plaza, Midvale and Valencia roads, from Midvale Marketplace LLC. Pete Villaescusa and Jesse Peron of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord:

• Big Lots will occupy 23,649 square feet of retail space. The store will open this summer.

• ABC (Animal Birth Control of Tucson Inc.) leased 2,420 square feet. The company, which provides spay/neuter services, shots and other services, plans to open in late spring or early summer. Roger Breckenridge of Long Realty Co represented ABC.
