Add Dustin Johnson to the list of the young lions of golf who will compete here next week at the Accenture World Match Play Championship.

Johnson, 24, jumped from No. 119 into the top 64 field at No. 45 after winning the rain-shortened AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am on Monday. It is his second first PGA Tour victory.

The top 64 for Match Play was announced Monday, but still no word on whether No. 1 and defending champion Tiger Woods will play here.

“We haven’t heard anything,” Wade Dunagan, Match Play executive director, said on Monday.

“We can only keep hoping and speculating. If he is coming as soon as it happens, people will be shouting it from the rooftops.
