Magee Road bridge work starts Wed. night

Maintenance work on the Magee Road bridge west of Shannon Road will cause traffic to be shifted Wednesday night and Thursday morning.

Pima County Department of Transportation crews will be replacing expansion joints on the span over the Cañada del Oro wash. Work will be done from 7:30 p.m. Wednesday until about 3 a.m. Thursday.

Watch for workers and moving equipment.

Traffic will be shifted during the work. Flaggers and detour signs will direct traffic.
