Oasis Insurance leased 1,260 square feet in the Tucson Place Shopping Center, 405 E. Wetmore Road, Suite G-115. Oasis, which specializes in insurance sales and related services, is scheduled to open this month. Andy Seleznov of Larsen Baker represented the landlord.

Skybox Restaurant & Bar leased 5,021 square feet at River Center, 5605 E. River Road, Suite 201C, from Larsen Baker. Skybox Restaurant is a full-service restaurant featuring a sports lounge. It is scheduled to open this month. Andy Seleznov of Larsen Baker represented the landlord.
