Business, industry ties event is set for Friday

Pima Community College will host the Business and Industry Connections Day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday at its Downtown Campus, 1255 N. Stone Ave.

People transitioning into college or exploring a career change will have the opportunity to meet employers and learn about career possibilities.

Area businesses are encouraged to attend to learn about the Downtown Campus Occupational Programs and offer career advice to current students.

The event is free and public. For more information, call 206-4500 or visit pima.edu.
