4th Ave. underpass work

A crew from Sundt Construction pours concrete into the main deck over the new Fourth Avenue underpass downtown. More than 100 trucks of concrete were required to fill half the deck Thursday. The underpass, which is expected to be finished by August, will have one car lane in each direction, trolley tracks and bike and pedestrian lanes.
