Bike 2 Work Week events include art tour, free food

Tucson’s Bike 2 Work Week is under way. Bicyclists are invited to take an art tour of downtown from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday. The tour begins at the Ward 1 City Council office, 940 W. Alameda St.

Free breakfasts for cyclists will be available 7-9 a.m. Thursday at stations set up at North Silverbell Road and West St. Mary’s Road, and at East River Road and North Campbell Avenue. Cyclists are invited to register their bikes or get them tuned up, and get maps and other bike-commuting information on the UA Mall, 1303 E. University Blvd., from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday.
