Tamal Fiesta to be held downtown on Saturday

There will be a Tamal Fiesta on Saturday at El Centro Cultural de las Americas, 40 W. Broadway.

The event will feature green corn tamales, refreshments, mariachi music and a dance performance by Ballet Folklorico San Juan.

The event, from 4 to 8 p.m., is being held in conjunction with Cinco de Mayo. Admission is free.
