Who started the Murphy Fire at the border? See for yourself
by Hugh Holub on Jun. 23, 2011, under border issues, politicsThere has been a lot of debate about whether illegal aliens or drug smugglers started some of the fires on the border.
The Murphy Fire is especially suspicious because there are reports the Border Patrol has direct knowledge of the relationship of drug smugglers and the start of the fire.
And now this video surfaces from Secure Border Intel.org:

Imo, the real issue is not about who started the fire or if McCain is racist, rather, its that john McCain made a statement suggesting it was LIKELY illegal border crossers. Mr McCain is a nationally known state Senator representive the Republican party. He made a statement suggesting a specific group of people were responsible for some of the fires, which in all likelyhood is true. The problem is, he did not have proof to provide or a person charged with investigating the cause backing him up with his statement of documented proof. It was reckless of him to do this making him seem like a bigot. Basically he should have waited until after the investigation and more proof was available. Sure, proof may come afterwards, but its too late now. He blamed before he could show evidence. That is not the American way, innocent until proven guilty. I hope we get real proof that his statements are true, for his sake. We really don’t know at this point, we can only speculate.

And basically the problem is that he should what, where, when, and how to say something, so as to not give the far left ammunition to blast him with. He gave the liberal media plenty to blast him with and they’re loving it because he wasthe Republican presidential candidate. He needs to be alot more careful.

Monday I went to the bank and made my weekly deposit. Tuesday the same branch of the bank I use was robbed.
Conclusion: I robbed the bank.
That is the exact extent of what the video on this page shows.
In other words, it shows absolutely nothing about who started the fire.
It is irresponsible to suggest even remotely otherwise.
And, I do not know who started the fire; it could be anyone. It could have been naturally started.
Cheers!

LOL, if you were the only one seen going to the bank that day you would indeed be a suspect. Do you live out here? Because we haven’t had a lightning storm in months. The damned illegals start just about all these fires and a few loud mouths like you keep trying to cover that fact up. They started one in sasabe last Monday because they got lost from their group and needed help.

With postings like this. Hugh Holub shows that his obsession with illegal immigration and cross border crime is alive and well.

Steven Willis is 100% correct. You guys call yourselves journalists? What a joke. This is not evidence of anything.

Maybe you have to see it on CNN to believe it?

I think McCain is wrong too. I have heard that there are gremlins and elves that live in these mountains. They belong to a sect that loves fires and every once in a while they build fires. Most of the time the fires are to make s’mores. They are said to love them. But many times while toasting their s’mores the need to burn, burn, burn overcomes them and they set the mountain on fire. In fact, I think I saw one of them just before the fire in the video broke out. So there you have it. It wasn’t the illegals it was the gremlins. The illegals had nothing to do with it. I bet you they don’t even carry matches.

The illegals all carry lighters actually, just ask any Border Patrol Agent who arrests and searches them. This video doesn’t prove they started this fire, but it doesn’t show anyone else in the area. So what do you loonies want? A confession from an illegal alien?

How did the camera not burn? I could see before being streamed video, but after the camera was still working?
