Arizona senior Nick Foles is one of 10 finalists for the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award, given to the nation’s top quarterback.
More than stats are considered — candidates are judged beyond on character, citizenship, scholastic achievement, leadership qualities and athletic accomplishments. Candidates must be in their senior year or be a fourth-year junior.
The winner will be announced Dec. 9.
Foles is second in the nation in passing, averaging 375.8 yards per game. He has completed 201 of 281 passes for 2,255 yards, with 15 touchdowns and four interceptions.
