Need a Rich Rodriguez fix? Stick close to all things ESPN on Thursday morning.

That is the time for the coaches in the Pac-12 South to go through the ESPN “Car Wash,” appearing on the media giant’s various platforms.

Here is a look at RichRod’s schedule, with all times PT:

7 a.m. — GameDay Radio
7:15 a.m. — SC Tonight with Freddie Coleman
7:30 a.m. — Recruiting Nation
9:15 a.m. — The Herd with Colin Cowherd
9:30 a.m. — ESPN.com chat (here is a link to that page)
10:20 a.m. — SportsCenter
10:45 a.m. — College Football Live
11:15 a.m. — SVP & Russilo radio show
11:45 a.m. — Coach & Company radio show

It’s all fine publicity for Arizona, as Rodriguez is good and glib on camera and near a microphone, and he has some prime spots on TV and radio tomorrow.

Just for the sake of comparison, here is the Car Wash schedule for Arizona State’s Todd Graham:

8:15 a.m. — GameDay Radio
8:30 a.m. — ESPN.com chat
10:45 a.m. — College Football Live
11:20 a.m. — SportsCenter taping

After getting the ESPN treatment, the Pac-12 South coaches will leave Bristol, Conn., for Los Angeles, where the Pac-12 is holding Media Day on Friday. Check at TucsonCitizen.com on Friday for coverage of the event.
