Arizona Wildcats quarterback B.J. Denker says “a million things” goes through his mind as he surveys the defense before the snap.
“What defensive front are they in? What’s the coverage? What’s the down and distance? Am I going to hand it off or throw it? Do I need to check out a better play? Are we going fast enough?” he said.
“I could name a million more.”
