The wire service story said former Arizona Wildcat Andre Iguodala “made the play of the young season” on Monday night, and who are we to disagree?
Check out his mid-air, behind-the-back pass from the 3-point arc for a layup … and judge for yourself.
Iguodala absolutely destroyed his old team, the Philadelphia 76ers, hitting a career-high seven 3-pointers in Golden State’s 110-90 victory. He had 27 points in the first half, finishing with 32, his highest-point total in more than four years.
He also scored 32 on Oct. 31, 2009, when he was with the Sixers.
